Historic Marshall's 47th Annual Home Tour

 

 

Visit the country's largest National Historic Landmark District, the best collection of 19th Century homes in a small urban area and site of a Michigan Historic Heritage Route.

 

Historic Marshall's Home Tour was voted the Best Home Tour by the readers of AAA's Michigan Living Magazine.

 

Marshall has been designated the Prettiest Painted Place in the Midwest, and in 2004, one of the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Dozen Distinct Destinations.

 

The tour will feature 8 private homes, 10 historic museums, 1 downtown business in our historic commercial district, 1 historic church, the Madison Green Art Faire, and evening entertainment. Several homes on tour this year have never been on tour in our 47 year history!!

 

The tour will be held Saturday September 11th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday September 12th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free musical entertainment, parking and  transportation is available throughout the tour area.

Pricing: Tickets are $15.00 if ordered in advance, and $20.00 on the day of the tour.
Tickets stop being sold online on Sunday September 12 at 6:00 AM


Directions:
Will call ticket booths will be set up on the lawn of the Honolulu House Museum located at 107 N. Kalamazoo Ave. just north of the fountain circle and at the Madison Green Street Art Faire (near the Marshall Post Office).  Please bring your ticket confirmation with you to exchange for the ticket booklet you will need to enter each of the homes.  Parking will be located at the Calhoun County Fair grounds and in downtown Marshall the days of the tour.  Shuttle buses will transport you from the locations on tour and from the parking lots at the fairgrounds.
